Subject: Important Update on the Launch of HeWo Service

Dear families,

We hope you are enjoying these final moments of preparation to celebrate the arrival of our Savior.

On our end, we’ve been working tirelessly to launch the HeWo service, and we’re almost there! We’ve started uploading content, and we’ll continue to add new resources throughout the week (we have hundreds of hours of content to upload).

We know many of you are eager to pair your device, and we believe this will be possible within the next few hours as we’re currently resolving one final technical issue.

Once the updated app version is available, we will send you an email with instructions to download it.

We understand how excited you are to start using the HeWo App. Please rest assured that we’re doing everything we can to speed up the process and ensure a smooth experience for you.

Dear Families,

We are so grateful to have you by our side. Your support during this launch means the world to us, and we deeply appreciate your valuable feedback and warm words.

We’re excited to share two wonderful news :

1. A software update will be released on Monday to make navigation even smoother and allow you to personalize the name on your HeWo player (especially useful for families with multiple children). Small tip: once installed, to access to the settings, press the “Church” button for 3 seconds when you are on the “playlist level”, to go back just select library, this will help younger kids navigating to their content!
2. The HeWo app is officially launching next Monday! Praise the Lord! You’ll be able to download it directly from your app store.
3. As a reminder for those who did not get the email: if you purchased a subscription, the information is already loaded into your device so you do not have anything to do!

For some families who haven’t subscribed yet, connect to the app to enjoy a few free surprises—it’s Christmas, after all!

Thank you once again for all your messages, the photos of your children with their HeWo, your support, and your prayers. We’ve been deeply moved, often amused and even brought to tears, like when hearing about Mimi, who is in the hospital with her HeWo, lovingly called her "Jesus Box." She listens to it every day. (Please include her in your prayers as she undergoes her BMT.)
