A) HeWo Device Usage Guidelines

The HeWo Player is as electronic device designed to bring faith, joy and inspiration, and it should be handled with care. While the device is built to withstand normal everyday use, it’s important to gently remind your children not to:
• Mistreat the device.
• Insert objects, such as pencils or small items, into the openings or buttons.
The ON/OFF and volume buttons are built to be sturdy and withstand normal use; however, excessive pressure may still cause damage.
• Children under the age of 5 typically don’t have the strength to damage the buttons.
• However, older children may accidentally break them with repeated, excessive force, which is not considered normal use.

By promoting proper usage, you can ensure the longevity of your HeWo Player and a smooth experience for your family!

B) How to start:

When the battery is low, we limit the sound volume and image quality to extend listening time. To fully enjoy all the features at 100%, make sure to charge your device! A full charge provides over 20 hours of standby time or 8 hours of continuous listening.
And don’t forget your charging cable at the bottom of the box!

C) Quick Start Guide for App Service:

1. Download the App: Make sure you have the latest version of the HeWo mobile app.

2. Create your account by following the instructions in the app.
3. Access Settings on the HeWo Player : Press the church button for 3 seconds to access the settings > Pairing.
4. At the same time in the app, go to My HeWo and press “Pair a HeWo”, follow the steps indicated in the app until the player and the app are paired.
5. Browse through the app to explore and select your favorite content. Add your selection by creating a dedicated playlist. Synchronization with your HeWo player will begin 10 minutes later.
Please note :
o After the pairing the content syncs automatically 10 minutes after being added via the app. Downloading takes around 10 to 15 minutes per hour of content, depending on Wi-Fi speed.
o Note: The player cannot download and play content simultaneously.

Helpful Tip: Start downloads when the player is not in use by your kids to avoid interruptions.

D) How to navigate:

Note : You can access the settings menu by pressing the church button for 3 seconds.

E) The headphones:

• Only headphones without a microphone are compatible with the HeWo Player.
• The jack connector should have two strips and not three.

F) Important note:

1. Accessing the Settings Menu: Once your HeWo Player has been updated, press and hold the Church button for 3 seconds to access the settings menu.
2. Simplified Battery Indicator: If the indicator is red, the device needs to be charged.
3. Playlist Management: The number of tracks is limited to 250 at a time to keep navigation simple and avoid overwhelming your child. If the limit is reached, the app will notify you. Simply delete the less frequently used playlists to add new ones.
4. Download Time: The synchronization duration depends on your Wi-Fi speed. Expect
approximately 10 to 15 minutes of download time per hour of added content. When the HeWo Player starts syncing, the screen will display a clear message and temporarily block content playback until the process is complete.
