How does HeWo work?

HeWo is an innovative, connected audio player designed for children. Through the HeWo app, parents can subscribe to playlists, podcasts, or handpick stories for their child to enjoy. Once the player is turned on, it will automatically download the chosen content from our secure cloud via home WiFi. After the download is complete, the player does not require an internet connection to play the content, allowing for seamless listening on the go.

HeWo Device Usage Guidelines

The HeWo Player is as electronic device designed to bring faith, joy and inspiration, and it should be handled with care. The ON/OFF and volume buttons are built to be sturdy and withstand normaluse; however, excessive pressure may still cause damage Children under the age of 5 typically don’t have the strength to damage thebuttons.However, older children may accidentally break them with repeated,excessive force, which is not considered normal use.By promoting proper usage, you can ensure the longevity of your HeWo Playerand a smooth experience for your family!

How to start?

To extend listening time when the battery is low, we automatically reduce sound volume and image quality. For the best experience, keep your device fully charged!
A full charge takes 3 to 4 hours and provides over 20 hours of standby time or 8 hours of continuous listening. And don’t forget your charging cable at the bottom of the box!

What is the battery capacity?

HeWo offers over 8 hours of continuous listening time at a reasonable volume level, ensuring your child can enjoy their favorite content throughout the day.

What does the subscription include?

The annual subscription provides unlimited access to our vast and ever-expanding content library, currently featuring over 150 hours of high-quality stories, lessons, and music. We add new content weekly as we partner with more creators. Additionally, 70% of your subscription fee goes directly to the creators to support the development of meaningful and enriching content for children, while the remainder ensures the maintenance of our top-notch technology.

Will the subscription price change in the future?

Our annual subscription is set at $50 per family. We are committed to maintaining this price through 2025 and 2026, ensuring affordability and consistent access for all users.

When will I receive my player?

We are now shipping same (business) day. Account for 4 to 5 business days to receive your Player after ordering.
